We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Compliance Officer to assist in maintaining a safe, ethical, and compliant working environment across our factories. The role requires strong attention to detail, understanding of social, environmental, and buyer compliance standards, and effective communication with auditors, workers, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing factories for buyer and third-party compliance audits.

• Support and cooperate with auditors during factory visits.

• Conduct regular factory inspections to ensure compliance with legal, social, and safety requirements.

• Follow up on corrective actions and help implement buyer Codes of Conduct (COC).

• Promote health, safety, fire, and environmental standards throughout the workplace.

• Arrange and participate in fire drills, safety awareness, and compliance training programs.

• Maintain grievance records and assist in addressing worker issues effectively.

• Ensure display and maintenance of all compliance-related materials (COC, posters, stickers, etc.).

• Motivate employees to follow company policies, safety procedures, and ethical practices.
