Additional Requirements:
•Experience in leading a team in a Search firm is preferred.
•Extensive leadership skills with proven record of success in Talent Acquisition.
•Experience in large manufacturing environments (1,000+ employees).
•Strong English communication skills.
•Strong knowledge of recruitment systems and digital hiring platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment in matrix reporting environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
•Lead TA strategy and full-cycle recruitment across functions and factories.
•Partner with HRBPs and business leaders on workforce planning and hiring solutions.
•Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
•Ensure positive candidate and onboarding experience.
•Manage recruitment metrics, vendor partnerships, and compliance.
