• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing / Relevant field. 

• Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates

• Age At least 28 years
• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of Sweater manufacturing process. 

• Good understanding of buyer quality standards (Walmart, H&M, C&A, etc.). 

• Knowledge of AQL, 4-Point system, and quality tools.

• Leadership and team management skills. 

• Good communication skills (English & Bangla). 

• Computer literacy (MS Office).

POSMI SWEATERS LTD., a leading sweater manufacturing company We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance for our Sweater Factory. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards from raw materials to final shipment and ensuring compliance with buyer requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall quality assurance activities in Sweater production.

• Ensure inline and final inspection as per buyer’s quality standards.

• Monitor knitting, linking, washing, finishing & packing quality.

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and SOPs.

• Handle buyer quality audits and ensure corrective actions.

• Analyze quality reports and reduce DHU%.

• Lead and supervise QA/QC team.

• Ensure AQL standard is properly maintained during final inspection.

• Coordinate with production, merchandising and technical team.

• Handle customer complaints and implement CAP (Corrective Action Plan)
