Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify training needs through surveys, performance reviews, and discussions with department heads.
∎ Design and develop training programs based on TNA, including leadership development, technical skills, and soft skills.
∎ Organize and conduct employee orientation training, including joining documentation
∎ Manage the training budget and optimize resources efficiently.
∎ Review & selection of employee of the month.
∎ Frequently visit all outlets and assess customer service standards at the outlet.
∎ Organized and scheduled training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
∎ Conduct in-house training sessions and coordinate with external trainers.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of training programs by managing logistics, venues, and materials.
∎ Assist in designing career development programs for employees.
∎ Gather feedback to measure training effectiveness.
∎ Align training programs with business goals and workforce development strategies.
∎ Prepare reports and analyze data on training attendance, completion rates, and impact assessments.
∎ Ensure training programs meet industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
∎ Maintained training records, certifications, and employee learning progress.
