∎ Communication & Training: Skilled in stakeholder engagement and impactful training.
∎ Analytics & Problem-Solving: Strong in data interpretation and insights.

∎ Implement & Improve PMS - Ensure smooth execution, alignment with business needs, and ongoing enhancements.
∎ Mariage PMS Software - Oversee functionality, troubleshoot issues, and enhance user experience.
∎ Train Users on PMS Tools - Facilitate adoption and efficient usage for employees and managers.
∎ Support KPI & Performance Reviews - Assist in setting, tracking, and refining performance goals.
∎ Analyze Performance Data - Identify trends, gaps, and provide data-driven insights.
∎ Conduct PMS Training - Lead sessions on KPI'setting, performance reviews, and ratings..
