∎ Need experience in Factory Administration & Operation.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Production planning: Creating schedules, strategies, and plans to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.
∎ Product Delivery: Monitoring whether products are being delivered properly.
∎ Quality control: Establishing and maintaining quality standards, and ensuring products are made to the highest standards.
∎ Equipment maintenance: Ensuring that manufacturing equipment is well-maintained and repaired.
∎ Safety: Ensuring that workers and products are safe, and that health and safety standards are met.
∎ Staff supervision: Motivating, supporting, and guiding production staff.
∎ Communication: Communicating with other managers and executives.
∎ Problem resolution: Identifying and resolving factory-related issues.
∎ Continuous improvement: Leading efforts to improve production processes and efficiency.
∎ Collaboration: Working with other departments to ensure that production goals are aligned with the company's mission.
