Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recruitment & Onboarding:Oversee the recruitment process for factory employee, including job postings, interviews, and selection.Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires and ensure compliance with company policies.Employee Relations:Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, concerns, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.Promote a positive work environment through conflict resolution and proactive employee engagement initiatives.Training & Development:Identify training needs and organize training programs to enhance employee skills.Support employees' career development by identifying potential growth areas and creating a development plan.Performance Management:Monitor employee performance and assist in implementing performance review systems.Provide recommendations to senior management regarding promotions, compensations, and disciplinary actions.Compliance & Policies:Ensure adherence to labor laws, factory regulations, and health & safety standards.Update HR policies as per organizational requirements and legal obligations.Office & Facility Management:Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for factory operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.Payroll & Benefits:Oversee the processing of payroll for factory employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.Administer employee benefits such as leave management, health insurance, and bonuses.Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain and update employee records, contracts, attendance, and other documentation.Ensure all HR and administrative documents are filed and maintained according to company policies.Reporting & Analysis:Prepare regular HR and administrative reports for senior management, including headcount analysis, employee turnover, and training needs.Health & Safety:Ensure compliance with factory safety regulations and contribute to the creation of a safe working environment.
