Minimum of 15 years of progressive senior management experience.
At least 5-7 years in a C-level or equivalent leadership position (e.g. CFO) within the Cement,Tiles, Steel/Rod, Manufacturing/FMCG Industry and others.
Monitor plant-wise profitability and KPIs.
Deep understanding of cement manufacturing processes
Proven track record in Profit & Loss management, strategic planning, corporate governance, and driving large-scale change initiatives.
Leadership Quality and experience of work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and convincing personality.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and budgeting.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements.
Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
Control costs, improve margins, and monitor production expenses.
Support pricing, investment, and capital expenditure decisions.
Manage audits, taxation, and regulatory matters.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
Coordinate with Bank and NBFI with operations, procurement, and supply chain teams.
Ensure strong internal controls, risk management, and governance.
Fulfill other strategic objectives as assigned by the management.
