  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including 2-3 years with a proven track record in financial controlling and leading large industry groups.

  • Strong understanding of operational issues and policy work at state, national, and international levels.

  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of development concepts, methodologies, and techniques, with demonstrated expertise.

  • Exceptional management and leadership abilities, with skills in facilitation and capacity-building, fostering strong connections between senior officials, management, and boards.

  • Excellent conceptual, analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Support the Divisional CEO and Board of Directors by providing various analytical reports derived from the Group Finance & Accounts and Cost & Budget teams to facilitate proper and timely decision-making.

  • Establish and maintain a controlling environment for both operational and financial aspects to ensure adherence to organizational goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with the Divisional CEO to manage financial accounting, management accounting, budgeting, and internal controls effectively.

  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including profit and loss by division and budget versus actual analysis for respective concerns.

  • Formulate variance analysis reports for the profit & loss of respective business units to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Identify, develop, and execute analyses of business initiatives, product launches, and new service offerings to drive growth and profitability.

  • Develop and maintain monthly operating budgets and annual company operating budgets aligned with the company`s growth and expansion plans.

  • Assess and evaluate the financial performance of the organization concerning long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts.

  • Participate in weekly conference calls with lenders, vendors, and the executive leadership team to ensure effective communication and alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Implement and report on proper controlling systems for both financial and operational activities to enhance efficiency and transparency.

  • Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems to streamline operations and mitigate risks.

  • Manage cash flow and follow up on cash forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.

  • Implement timely internal controls and proper finance workflow to maintain accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.

  • Monitor and control accounts payable, accounts receivable, production, and administrative expenses to optimize resource utilization.

  • Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data, providing it to reporting lines and business heads.

  • Review all month-end closing activities, including general ledger accounts, balance sheet accounts, and overhead cost allocation, to ensure completeness and accuracy.

  • Create and establish yearly financial objectives aligned with the company`s plan for growth and expansion to drive sustainable performance.

  • Maintain accuracy, transparency, and control in financial reporting to meet regulatory requirements and stakeholders` expectations.

  • Present periodic reports to the respective authorities and Board of Directors to provide insights into financial performance and strategic initiatives.

  • Maintain smooth cash flow of concerned units by managing bank interest, charges, and lender requirements effectively.

  • Negotiate and monitor commercial-related expenses and charges to optimize cost efficiency and profitability.

  • Monitor inventory levels and assure control over store documentation procedures to prevent discrepancies and losses.

  • Control and monitor additional material issues and waste material management to minimize costs and environmental impact.

  • Oversee machine deployment and movement to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.
