Responsibilities & Context:
· Preparation of payment proposal, cheques.
· Reconciliation of GRN and invoices
· Suppliers’ reconciliations with the vendor balances
· Advance adjustment for maintaining proper accounts
· Bank Reconciliation
· Balance matching in ERP
· Stock report preparation
· Bill processing and submission for audit
· Maintaining cheque registers
· Inventory reconciliation and valuation report preparation
