Education:
  • Master’s in HRM / Business Administration / Management (MBA major in HRM preferred) from any reputed university.

  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, HR best practices, and organizational development.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing HR in a diversified or multi-business environment is preferred.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to drive change and deliver strategic HR initiatives.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

  • The DGM–HR (cement company background) will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and systems that align with the company's overall business objectives and managing the workforce within the manufacturing/cement plant environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with the cement company’s overall business goals.

  • Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession management across the cement company.

  • Oversee performance management systems and drive continuous improvement.

  • Strengthen organizational (cement company) culture, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.

  • Implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance in line with local labor laws as per cement company.

  • Manage compensation & benefits, payroll oversight, and organizational budgeting for HR.

  • Supervise office administration, logistics, housekeeping, transport, and security operations.

  • Provide strategic counsel to senior management on people-related matters.

  • Any other task as assigned by the management.
