Education:
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • A Master`s degree in Business Administration (MBA) major in Marketing from IBA, DU preferably.

  • Skills Required: Leadership, Functional, and Personal/Behavioral.

  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive senior management experience.

  • At least 5-7 years in a C-level or equivalent leadership position (e.g., CEO, COO) within the Cement,Tiles, Steel/Rod or related Construction Materials Industry and others .

  • Vast experience in Marketing Function shall get preference.     

  • Deep understanding of cement marketing and manufacturing processes       

  • Proven track record in Profit & Loss management, strategic planning, corporate governance, and driving large-scale change initiatives.

  • Leadership Quality and experience of work under pressure.

  • Excellent communication skills and convincing personality.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Act as the Head of the Organization, providing integrated leadership to all departments specially coordinate with Marketing, Production, Finance & Accounts, Supply chain and Commercial department

  • Lead the development and execution of the company`s long-term strategy, driving sustainable growth, operational excellence, and profitability ensuring reporting to the Board of Directors (BOD)

  • Develop and implement macro and micro level marketing strategies to maximize operational efficiency and sustainable profitability

  • Direct the company`s financial planning, control mechanisms, and strategy to ensure long-term stability and growth, managing relationships with key stakeholders and presenting performance reports to the Board

  • Build and lead a high-performance leadership team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

  • Drive the company`s sustainability agenda and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, including marketing and strategic partnerships.

  • Fulfill other strategic objectives as assigned by the Board of Directors.
