Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Human Resources (HR) Job Responsibilities
∎ Recruitment**
∎ To recruit candidates for the company from a-z = calling the candidates for interview, interviewing them & training them properly
∎ Source, screen, and onboard candidates.
∎ Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
∎ Utilize job boards, social media, and referrals for candidate sourcing.
∎ Prepare new hire materials and manage onboarding paperwork.
∎ Administration**
∎ Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, etc.).
∎ Ensure that they are working properly and giving proper updates to the whatsapp group and noting all of the group announcements and giving market visit along with the Marki camera app to note their time location & details, and to check if they are visiting the Dealer Depot correctly.
∎ Track employee data for accurate payroll to both deduct or for increment .
∎ Make the office perfectly neet & cleaned ensure employees behaviors no loud talk in the office decorum, supporting the officials with their needs eg… making coffee, adding up water to their water bottles, sending couriers,making excel sheets,ensuring gentle behaviour at the reception point as well.

∎ Employee Relations**
∎ Foster a positive work environment and manage employee policies.
∎ Facilitate discussions on compensation, conditions, and conflict resolution.
∎ Act as a culture ambassador and support organizational structure.
∎ Performance Management**
∎ Implement and oversee performance evaluation processes.
∎ Encourage employee feedback and development.
∎ Talking with the Rod/Cement dealers to ensure sales for the company .
