∎ Age 24 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for daily and monthly attendance, overtime, employee leave management, compensation/ benefits, payroll, facilities, welfare etc.
∎ Maintain the database of Factory Employees, employee's personal file, departmental file, leave record and have to enrich organizational record system.
∎ Ensure monthly salary disbursement and attendance management.
∎ Making final payment, calculation overtime, annual leave and others.
∎ Responsible for factory wastage and scarp management.
∎ Drafting document, letter, advertisement, and dispatch and making different types of report etc.
∎ Face all kinds of audits /make ready documents regularly.
∎ Keeping harmonious relationship between management and employees.
∎ Handling daily administrative activities.
∎ To perform any other job assigned by Department Head.
