Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate and conduct recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and selection processes.
∎ Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
∎ Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
∎ Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement activities and regular communication.
∎ Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring continuous improvement.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
∎ Assist in the implementation and management of the performance appraisal process.
∎ Provide support to managers in addressing performance issues and developing improvement plans.
∎ Oversee administrative functions, including office management, facility maintenance.
∎ Coordinate and manage factory events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
∎ Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
∎ Ensure timely and accurate payroll transactions and benefits enrollment.
∎ Promote and ensure a safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
∎ Calculate and process employee final settlements, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
∎ Coordinate safety training and conduct regular safety audits.
