Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
∎ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate evaluations.\
∎ Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
∎ Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
∎ Calculate salaries, bonuses, deductions, overtime, and incentives.
∎ Handle payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
∎ Prepare and maintain detailed salary sheets and records.
∎ Build strong relationships with employees to foster trust and collaboration.
∎ Address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts effectively.
∎ Implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and morale.
∎ Performance Management:
∎ Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
