Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Monitoring & auditing daily operations in 4 stores
∎ - Assessing sales associates based on product knowledge, display, zone cleanliness & customer service
∎ - Ensuring all staff are adhering to company policies & SOPs
∎ - Assisting periodic inventory audits in stores
∎ - Following up sales of categories of products, and highlighting to shop managers which ones need better sales
∎ - Ensuring appropriate product displays in all stores
∎ - Making product requisitions based on low stock/sold out products
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
