Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure printing activity is completed as per the daily production targets and on-time delivery is ensured for the next stage in production.
∎ Supervise printing from sampling to bulk production as per buyer requirements.
∎ Identifying and taking cost reduction measures like reduction of wastage by ensuring RFT, managing manpower resources optimally, reducing raw material consumption (dyes & chemicals, etc).
∎ To train up the subordinate regarding the new design trend, approved color and technologies etc.
∎ Review plan on daily basis and wherever required, set alternatives plan to meet customer's deadlines.
∎ Ensure quality of products and involve a thorough checking and inspection of product prior to bulk production.
∎ Designing technical layout plan of printing and monitoring technical issues.

∎ Age 24 to 36 years

∎ Must be proficient and fluent in English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
