Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Look after admin related work of the office.
∎ Maintain relationship with the corporate Staff company.
∎ Communicate with company's stakeholders.
∎ Ensure utility & Service support (Housekeeping, lunch management, furniture & fixture, repair & maintenance, stationery, etc.) to run office smoothly.
∎ Ensuring Logistics for daily operation.
∎ Handle all purchasing related work when or as needed.
∎ Processing work orders and bills, and ensuring office Security.
∎ Carry out other duties as assigned by the reporting person
