Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Full time Based. Job Location Chandra, Gazipur.Assist in recruitment and selection activities for the worker level employment in the factory. Head Count and absent report Check. To build up smooth relationship with workers & floor staffs. Find out the improvement areas in HR and admin related activities in the floor and recommend the possible solutions. Maintain HR database Prepare & issue ID cards for workers. To assist attendance report, leave record, salary and OT sheets. To ensure work place safety, cleaning & hygiene matter of the factory. Any others task assigned by the management.
