Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain recruitment, selection & placement of required Management staffs.
∎ Circulate and coordinate interview with interview panel members.
∎ Prepare appointment letter, approval note and provide appointment letter and other documents to newly recruited staffs.
∎ Source and compile CV for recruitment and maintain CV Bank.
∎ Maintain attendance and leave management.
∎ Maintain & update staff personal file & records.
∎ Maintain & update required HRIS & Prepare & generate various HR reports & when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Very good commend in excel.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
