∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture Manufacturer, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
∎ Leading and directing the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
∎ Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
∎ Nurture a positive working environment.
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
∎ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
∎ Update Organogram, JD, KPI, Manpower planning, Budgeting, organizational structure from time to time.
∎ Organizing and managing factory audits as per buyers' requirements including various social, ethical, environmental, technical, supply chain security and QMS audits.
∎ Manage the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization
∎ Evaluates reports, decisions and results of department initiatives in relation to established goals.
∎ Make sure all documents are maintained as per ISO Standards.
∎ Any other assigned job from top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years of practical experience in HR-Payroll Management, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Appraisals, Training & Development and Other Employment Relations.
∎ Adequate communication skills in both written and oral (English and Bengali)
∎ Good work ethics with positive working approach
