Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters In any discipline from any university of Bangladesh

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Expatriates Management , Visa Processing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare a complete expat employee database containing all necessary information
∎ Mail Passport copies & photographs of expats to concern person for flight itinerary
∎ Forward all documents (as per list) to project coordinator/ concerned person to get E-VR letter from BEZA/BIDA
∎ Receive draft application, check, forward to expat for verification and send the verified draft with expat comments to project coordinator for BEZA submission.
∎ Book & finalize flight schedule communicating with travel agency and employee and send ticket.
∎ Circulate office memo to ensure all logistics support (tickets, residence, food, transportation with pick up schedule) for newly recruited expat and communicate respective personnel for follow up.
∎ Collect all arrival related expenses approved from management by HR Department.
∎ Prepare note & arrangement of payment as per the approval of management after the service provider submits the bill of Air Ticket.
∎ Communicate with the respective banks to open local/foreign currency bank accounts and submit the account form.
∎ Collect passport & visa copy with immigration seal from newly joined expat, forward to the concerned person for work permit & provide relevant documents.
∎ Accumulate Personal Confidential Files (PCF) from the recruitment team after a foreign employee joins and update PCFs with additional documents afterwards
∎ Prepare note and taking approval from management if any foreign employee wants to go on a vacation/leave
∎ Deliver work permit of the newly joined expatriate to the respective factory admin after collecting it from the respective departments
∎ Maintain regular communication with the assigned personnel of regulatory affairs team to facilitate security clearance from govt. ministry for visa extension after receiving work permit.
∎ Custodian of all expatriate's original passport, extra photographs and follow up with regulatory affairs team in all the necessary activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Positive approach to critical situation handling
∎ A quick learner and intended to update with modern technology
∎ Strong communication skill
∎ Practical experience over MS Office, MS Excel & email communication
∎ Should be able to type in Bengali and English
