Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Strong capability in implementing compliance-related issues.
Computer literacy in all MS Office applications is a must.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct daily floor visits to audit Health, Safety, Security, and Housekeeping conditions and report findings to the Section In-Charge; monitor and ensure proper use of PPE among workers.
Maintain documentation of all relevant certificates and licenses of different units of the company, and support re-certification or updates as per instructions of the Section In-Charge.
Handle all medical-related issues, audit medical bills and accident costs, prepare monthly reports, and submit them to the Section Head.
Assist in organizing and conducting various training sessions and ensure proper documentation of all training activities.
Handle workers’ complaints related to Compliance issues and take full responsibility for maintaining notice boards in each section.
Maintain good working relationships with all Section In-Charges, collect feedback and suggestions on work processes related to occupational safety, and gather agendas for preparing Management Review Meetings.
Perform any other related tasks as and when assigned by the management.
