Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Maintain personnel files, HR databases, and employee documentation.

  2. Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and overtime sheets.

  3. Coordinate with payroll team to ensure accurate monthly salary processing.
    Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

  4. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and benefits.

  5. Support performance appraisal activities and employee confirmation processes.

  6. Maintain confidentiality of HR data and sensitive information.

  7. Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

  8. Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates.

  9. Conduct employee joining formalities and prepare onboarding documents.

  10. Maintain updated job descriptions and recruitment records.

  11. Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning.

  12. Oversee housekeeping, security, and office maintenance activities.

  13. Handle office supplies, inventory, and procurement of admin materials.

  14. Ensure proper upkeep of office premises, equipment, and facilities.

  15. Coordinate with vendors for services such as transport, canteen, housekeeping, etc.

  16. Maintain vendor documents, service agreements, and payment records.

  17. Keep track of company assets, ID cards, access control, and office utilities.
