Conduct employee joining formalities and prepare onboarding documents.
Maintain updated job descriptions and recruitment records.
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Oversee housekeeping, security, and office maintenance activities.
Handle office supplies, inventory, and procurement of admin materials.
Ensure proper upkeep of office premises, equipment, and facilities.
Coordinate with vendors for services such as transport, canteen, housekeeping, etc.
Maintain vendor documents, service agreements, and payment records.
Keep track of company assets, ID cards, access control, and office utilities.
