Experience:

3–5 years of relevant experience in HR & Admin.
Experience in recruitment, payroll support, and administrative operations is preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour law, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive/Senior Executive – HR & Admin to support our day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Human Resources
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, CV screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR database, and ensure proper documentation.
Support performance appraisal processes and KPIs monitoring.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures as per company policy.
Organize training, development, and employee engagement programs.
Prepare HR reports, attendance summaries, and payroll input data.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company HR policies, and safety regulations.
Administration
Oversee daily office administration, asset management, and facility maintenance.
Manage office supplies, logistics, and vendor coordination.
Monitor housekeeping, security, and office environment.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and official programs.
Support management in policy implementation and administrative planning.
Maintain confidential files, documents, and office communication.
