Education:
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Human Resource Management
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration
    • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Management
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • Professional certifications (e.g., PGDHRM) will be an added advantage.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR & Admin.

  • Experience in recruitment, payroll support, and administrative operations is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.



Responsibilities & Context:

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive/Senior Executive – HR & Admin to support our day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Human Resources

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, CV screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Maintain employee records, HR database, and ensure proper documentation.

  • Support performance appraisal processes and KPIs monitoring.

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures as per company policy.

  • Organize training, development, and employee engagement programs.

  • Prepare HR reports, attendance summaries, and payroll input data.

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company HR policies, and safety regulations.

Administration

  • Oversee daily office administration, asset management, and facility maintenance.

  • Manage office supplies, logistics, and vendor coordination.

  • Monitor housekeeping, security, and office environment.

  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and official programs.

  • Support management in policy implementation and administrative planning.

  • Maintain confidential files, documents, and office communication.
