About the Role
We are looking for a Sr. Officer (Production) to join our manufacturing team in the bearing production unit. The role involves overseeing production activities, ensuring quality standards, and supporting process improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or young professionals with up to 2 years of experience to build their careers in a structured manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, supervising, and executing daily production activities.
Ensure smooth production operations while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for any technical issues.
Support process improvement initiatives to reduce cost, waste, and downtime.
Maintain production records and prepare regular reports.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to achieve production targets.
Job Other Benifits:
With 1-2 years of experience salary : BDT 25,000 - 30,000 per month
TA/DA, Mobile Bill, Two Festival Bonus.
