About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Divisional Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the bearing and automotive parts sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing large territories, and developing strong dealer/distributor networks.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve divisional targets.
Manage and expand dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.
Identify new market opportunities and drive product penetration.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
