Job Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, outreach, onboarding coordination, and maintaining recruitment databases and employee records
Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and best practices in talent management
Support the performance management cycle across the company through effective coordination and monitoring of the OKR platform
Track industry best practices and relevant legal changes, and support the development and revision of HR policies and procedures accordingly
Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and facilitate learning and development programs aligned with organizational needs
