Role Overview

The Executive – Program Development will play a pivotal role in planning, designing, and delivering impactful training programs and events. This is an on-site role in Dhaka. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, trainers, clients, and international partners to ensure seamless program execution and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships and ensuring that all client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Program Planning & Development: Design, structure, and implement training programs and event schedules based on thorough needs assessments, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

  • Logistics & Coordination: Manage end-to-end logistics for programs, including venue selection, travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, and coordination with trainers and guides.

  • Financial & Contractual Administration: Prepare budgets, invoices, contracts, and legal documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

  • Proposal & Documentation Management: Develop Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and other client-facing documentation to secure new projects and partnerships.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with international partners, training institutions, and service providers to deliver high-quality program experiences.

  • Field & In-House Operations: Perform on-site supervision of programs, including occasional field visits, to maintain quality standards and ensure smooth execution.

  • Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback, assess program effectiveness, and propose enhancements to training modules and delivery methods.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum graduation in any discipline (freshers are highly encouraged to apply)

  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and confident approach

  • Smart, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Desirable: IELTS score ≥ 7.0
