• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Fresh SuperMart, a retail chain under Meghna Group of Industries (MGI), is expanding with new outlets at Metro Rail stations. MGI is seeking dedicated Baristas to prepare high-quality beverages, deliver excellent customer service, and support overall store operations for a convenient and customer-friendly shopping experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.

• Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and café equipment safely and effectively.

• Ensure beverage quality, taste consistency, and product presentation.

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit.

• Take and process customer orders accurately; support POS billing when needed.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the beverage counter and café area.

• Monitor and manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and related supplies.

• Support general store operations and assist the outlet team during non-peak hours.
