Skills Required: Communication Skills,HRIS/ HR Database Management,MS Office,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR & Admin.

  • Experience in recruitment, payroll support, and administrative operations is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour law, and compliance.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.



Responsibilities & Context:

Primitek Group is a renowned manufacturing company in Bangladesh is seeking skilled Asst. Manager/Sr. Executive - HR & Admin for our Chattogram (Mirsharai) factory.

  • Assist and follow up daily HR activities and ensure uninterrupted daily factory HR operations.

  • Check absence/late/long absence information as required and conduct counselling to reduce absenteeism, turn-over & improve overall discipline.

  • Prepare HR reports, attendance summaries, and payroll input data.

  • Prepare monthly wages, overtime and take necessary steps to disburse.

  • Manage Performance Management, Salary & Wages Review etc.

  • Drive monthly and annual recognition scheme robustly for factory employees.

  • Work closely with various stakeholders of factory and ensure necessary HR supports as per business need.

  • Prepare various letter, Notice, Inter-memo as per order ctc.

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, CV screening, interviewing, and onboarding for factory.

  • Maintain employee records, HR database, and ensure proper documentation.

  • Support performance appraisal processes and KPIs monitoring.

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures as per company policy.

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company HR policies, and safety regulations.

  • Oversee daily office administration, asset management, and facility maintenance.

  • Support management in policy implementation and administrative planning.

  • Maintain confidential files, documents, and office communication.

  • Any other job assign by the supervisor.
