  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Responsibilities & Context:

Primitek Group is seeking dynamic Brand Professionals to drive brand marketing initiatives across its multiple business portfolios. The ideal candidate will possess a creative mindset, strong market insight and the ability to accelerate business growth through strategic branding, marketing campaigns, events and product development initiatives.

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product branding, digital promotions, trade promotions, events and activations in collaboration with internal teams, channel partners and marketing agencies.

  • Contribute to brand communication and promotional content development for ATL, BTL and digital channels to enhance Primitek’s market presence and increase brand equity.

  • Prepare marketing budgets by product segment and monitor monthly performance, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

  • Plan and monitor media exposure across print, electronic and digital platforms.

  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities, strengthen brand positioning and expand market share for existing and new products.

  • Track market trends, competitors, customer insights and media exposure across print, electronic and digital platforms to recommend actionable strategies for business improvement.

  • Review sales performance and marketing ROI and present regular business reports and growth insights to management.

  • Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns, events and business operations to achieve company goals.
