Experience:
Bachelor`s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with leadership responsibilities
Proven experience in payroll management and processing
Strong knowledge of immigration services, work permit procedures, and visa processing in Bangladesh
Strong understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law and HR compliance
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Experience working in a multinational or international business environment
Proven track record in handling expatriate management and cross-cultural team dynamics
Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and MS Office Suite
Familiarity with international HR practices and protocols

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of HR & Administration to lead our as well as client’s human resources and administrative functions. This strategic role will be instrumental in managing our growing team and ensuring seamless operations, particularly in supporting our international client engagements and foreign expatriate staff.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
Oversee and manage complete payroll processing for staff and client personnel
Handle all services relating to work permits, immigration, and compliance for foreign expatriates
Oversee administrative functions and office management
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with local labor laws and international best practices
Manage employee benefits, compensation structures, tax compliance, and statutory requirements
Liaise with government agencies for all regulatory matters
Interface with international clients and stakeholders on HR and administrative matters
Build and maintain a positive organizational culture
Handle sensitive, confidential, and classified matters with utmost discretion
Ensure smooth coordination between local teams and international counterparts
