• Minimum 7+ years of experience in denim design, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Proven portfolio showcasing innovative denim designs and successful buyer collaborations.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of denim fabrics, washes, treatments, and garment construction.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO 3D.
• Ability to create detailed tech packs and specifications for production.

• Create original and innovative designs for denim garments, including jeans, jackets, shirts, skirts and shorts.

• Analyze seasonal trends, colors, and styles to develop trend-forward collections.
• Maintain a library of design inspiration, including mood boards, fabric swatches, and wash samples.
• Work closely with the sampling team to ensure accurate translation of designs into physical samples.
• Review and approve prototypes, ensuring they meet design intent and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the wash and finishing team to develop unique and commercially viable washes.
