Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive – Factory HR to manage day-to-day human resource operations at our garments manufacturing facility. The incumbent will be responsible for employee relations, recruitment support, attendance and leave management, disciplinary procedures, labor law compliance, worker welfare, and HR documentation to ensure smooth factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily HR operations in the factory in compliance with company policies and labor laws.

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and employee confirmation processes for workers and staff.

  • Maintain employee personal files, HR databases, and all statutory records.

  • Monitor attendance, leave, absenteeism, overtime records, and manpower reports.

  • Support payroll-related activities by ensuring accurate attendance and leave data.

  • Assist in implementing disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution processes.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, labor rules, and company HR policies.

  • Conduct employee counseling sessions and support worker welfare initiatives.

  • Coordinate employee engagement programs, awareness sessions, and training activities.

  • Assist in organizing Worker Participation Committee (WPC) meetings and maintaining related records.

  • Support compliance audits and provide required HR documents during buyer and third-party inspections.

  • Prepare monthly HR reports, turnover analysis, absenteeism reports, and manpower status reports.

  • Coordinate with production, administration, compliance, and other departments to ensure smooth factory operations.

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
