Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive – Compliance to ensure compliance with local labor laws, buyer requirements, social compliance standards, health & safety regulations, and company policies within our garments manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will support audits, monitor compliance activities, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and buyer Codes of Conduct.
Maintain compliance-related records, policies, procedures, and documentation.
Prepare and coordinate internal, external, and buyer compliance audits.
Conduct regular factory inspections to identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Follow up on Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
Support implementation and maintenance of social compliance standards such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, RSC, C-TPAT, and other buyer requirements.
Coordinate worker interviews, training programs, and awareness sessions on compliance, ethics, workplace safety, and labor rights.
Monitor working hours, wages, benefits, leave records, and employee welfare programs.
Assist in maintaining health, safety, environmental, and security compliance requirements.
Prepare compliance reports and presentations for management and buyers.
Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and buyer representatives when required.
Support sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives across the factory.
