Experience:
Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 13 years of experience in Training & Development, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing training frameworks, learning management systems, and e-learning solutions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure ROI of training programs.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Develop, implement, and manage the organization’s training and development strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Conduct training needs assessments and design tailored programs to address skills gaps and future capability requirements.
Oversee the creation, delivery, and evaluation of training modules, workshops, and digital learning initiatives.
Establish metrics to measure training effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
Prepare and manage annual training budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and high-quality delivery.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external training vendors to deliver best-in-class programs.
Lead, coach, and develop the training team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards in all training activities.
