  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure ROI of training programs.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop, implement, and manage the organization’s training and development strategy in alignment with business objectives.

  • Conduct training needs assessments and design tailored programs to address skills gaps and future capability requirements.

  • Oversee the creation, delivery, and evaluation of training modules, workshops, and digital learning initiatives.

  • Establish metrics to measure training effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.

  • Prepare and manage annual training budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and high-quality delivery.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external training vendors to deliver best-in-class programs.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the training team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards in all training activities.
