Responsibilities & Context:
A) Lean Transformation:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Lean tools (5S, VSM, Kaizen, and SMED) to minimize non-value-added activities.
B) QMS Governance:
Develop, maintain, and audit the QMS framework to ensure alignment with ISO 9001 and other statutory requirements.
C) Performance Analytics:
Define and monitor productivity KPIs; use statistical analysis to identify root causes of inefficiencies.
D) Audit Management:
Act as a lead for internal audits and the primary coordinator for external/third-party certification audits.
E) Corrective Action:
Drive the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) process to ensure quality lapses are systematically eliminated.
