Additional Requirements:
At least 03 years of experience for Officer-Quality in a large Lingerie Garment Industry
Strong communication and presentable ability to merchandising, Planning, Cutting, Quality, GPQ & Dyeing Team.
Possess high sense of responsibility in the order to completion of the assignment
Should be a long-term planner
Well conversant in MS Office
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain a right Quality Management System to ensure quality of product.
Guide fellow QC members accordingly to meet Quality Standards.
Keep records of associated garments and factories updated with relevant details.
Ensure that the existing Quality Management System (QMS) satisfies the buyer.
Confirm buyer's actual specifications and ensure they are properly understood.
Ensure that production starts only when the approved PP sample and swatch card are at hand.
Ensure that the AQL of the company is properly maintained and exceeded.
Ensure that all incoming, in-process, and final goods are properly inspected and documented.
Take both preventive and remedial measures against the occurrence of any defects.
Ensure rigorous control of repairable and washable garments, as well as rigorous control of rejects.
Prepare a quality manual so that the company's quality policy and procedures are known and implemented at all levels.
Ensure continuous training of personnel to enhance their skills and ensure they are trained on specific topics.
