∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Update role profile database and archive time to time.
∎ Co-Ordinate Weekly Orientation Program.
∎ Co-Ordinate FHRO Training Session with award.
∎ Conduct regular performance appraisal exercises and workshops for Employees.
∎ Review and improve existing performance management tools and employee development plans.
∎ Need to finalize IR Policies with SOP (Where applicable)
∎ Establishment of Job Grade Nomenclature/ Hierarchy.
∎ Job grade-wise salary structure establishment.
∎ To monitor and continue to improve performance standards for the HR function by developing.
∎ Appropriate KPI in accordance with Line Manager.
∎ Develop and implement a performance-based reward system and culture to facilitate increment process and career progression.
∎ Provide necessary support to deal with employee grievance, counselling and disciplinary action.
∎ Advise managers on how to deal with performance, conduct and absence issues.
∎ Monitor employee retention and turnover issues via effective evaluation of exit interview/opinion survey data.
∎ Develop appropriate methods to measure, monitor and promote employee engagement.
∎ Provide management with benchmark data on salaries and benefits in the external market, to ensure talent is retained.
∎ Drive initiatives which facilitate and enhance company's brand image as employer.
∎ Administer employee benefits as appropriate and recommend the introduction of new benefits as and when required.
