Additional Requirements:

• Age 26 to 34 years
• Only Male

• Must have 6 month course from Fire Safety & Civil Defense
• Sound knowledge of local fire safety laws, BNBC, and international compliance standards.
• Good communication skills in Bangla & English.
• Should have RMG experience
• Should have Audit facing experience

Responsibilities & Context:

• Implement and monitor factory fire, safety, and emergency preparedness programs in compliance with BNBC, Accord/Alliance, Nirapon, and buyer requirements.

• Conduct regular fire risk assessments, safety inspections, and hazard identification across all production and non-production areas.

• Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of fire-fighting equipment, fire alarms, emergency lighting, exits, and evacuation signage.

• Organize and conduct fire drills, evacuation drills, and safety training sessions for workers, staff, and management.

• Maintain all fire & safety records, inspection reports, drill reports, and compliance documentation.

• Coordinate with government authorities, fire service & civil defense, and third-party auditors during inspections and audits.

• Monitor electrical safety, chemical storage safety, boiler safety, and general workplace safety practices.

• Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare incident reports and recommend corrective actions.

• Ensure availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Support compliance with buyer codes of conduct and social compliance audits.
