Education:
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Graduate with an MBA or equivalent degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Law from a recognized university. Strong academic background is preferred.

  • Minimum 03 years of post-qualification experience in a mid-to-senior level role related to HR, Admin, and/ or Compliance.

  • Candidates with 5+ years and relevant cross-functional leadership will get preference.

  • Proven expertise in HR policies, administration operations and regulatory compliance.

  • Sound knowledge of local labor laws. Contract management. And legal frameworks.

  • Strong decision –making and analytical capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills (both in Bangla and English)

  • Ability to interact and coordinate with government/ regulatory bodies.

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality. And professional ethics.

  • Familiarity with payroll systems, grievance handling, and corporate governance.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

HR Management :

  • Oversee recruitment, on boarding. Training, performance appraisal, and retention.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies ( Leave, travel, promotion, increments, etc.)
  • Lead employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Manage payroll, attendance. and benefits administration.

Administrative Oversight:

  • Supervise daily office operations and logistics.
  • Maintain office discipline, schedules, and internal communication.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments and external stakeholders.

Compliance Leadership:

  • Ensure full compliance with local laws and regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and enforce internal compliance policies and audit systems.
  • Manage legal documentation, contracts, and statutory filings.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel and regulatory authorities as required.
  • Prepare reports for management on compliance status and risks.
  • Other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.
