• Import through L/C, Freight

• Computer literacy must.

• Computer skills in MS-Office, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, Windows OS.

• Strong oral and written communication

• Skill both in Bengali and English for international correspondence.

• Self - Motivated, confident and Proactive.

• Should possess very good Knowledge of

• International and Local laws regarding import.

• Good knowledge of commercial

• Activities in export & import.

• Import & Export, Opening of L/C, Indenter, VAT, Custom and Group of

• Companies work order etc.

• Import processing through Bank, Customs etc.

• Preparation of import Sea/Air Documents.

• Must be able to work independently as head of Commercial department and supervise the team.

• Custom, Bond, VAT, clearing & forwarding, import-export, and related issues, etc are properly negotiated.

• Forecast commercial activities and take proactive approach.

• Ensure smooth operation of all import related jobs.

• Ensure proper LC opening up to the standard of the organization. Plan and monitor commercial activities according to the long-term goal of the organization.

• Must have to ensure compliance with local and foreign regulations along with the policy of the company.

• Perform any other relevant task assigned by the Top Management.
