Experience:

• 3 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shipping, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Freight forwarding, Transportation, Port Service

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Accounting & Information System, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Supply Chain Management

PGDSCM will be preferred

1. Costing and Pricing Management

·        Deliver on competitive costing of services

·        Assist in preparing competitive freight pricing and quotations for customers

·        Assist Sales Operations to monitor market trends, competition pricing and demand fluctuations.

·        Support yield management and revenue optimization initiatives.

2. Operational Coordination

·        Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Documentation, and Finance departments for smooth service execution.

·        Assist in developing and implementing commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets.

·        Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.

3. Documentation and Compliance

·        Ensure all commercial documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.

·        As Custodian of Commercial Documents, maintain accurate records of contracts, tariffs, and all agreements.

4. Reporting and Analysis

·        Prepare and Analyse commercial data to support decision-making.

·        Track KPIs such as volume, revenue, and customer retention.

5. Market Intelligence

·        Conduct market research on trade routes, customer demand, and competitor activities.
