Core Responsibilities

1. Operations & Speed of Service

• Throughput Optimization: Ensure the kitchen and counter teams handle peak rush hours (lunch and dinner) with minimal wait times.

• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Enforce strict consistency in food preparation, portion control, and presentation across all shifts.

• Supply Chain & Inventory: Oversee stock levels, manage local vendors, and minimize food wastage through smart forecasting.

2. Financial Management & Sales Tracking

• Cost Control: Monitor Food Cost Percentage and Labor Cost Percentage to maximize profitability.

• Sales Targets: Drive daily and monthly sales goals through upselling strategies and targeted promotions (like the Buy 1 Get 1 offers featured in Gemini_Generated_Image_9mrqx99mrqx99mrq.png).

• Cash Management: Oversee daily POS billing, cash drops, and digital payment reconciliations.

3. Team Leadership & Training

• Staffing & Scheduling: Create efficient shift rosters that match peak foot traffic hours without overstaffing during slow periods.

• Performance Training: Train front-of-house staff in quick service customer etiquette and cross-selling/upselling techniques.

4. Health, Safety & Mall Compliance

• Food Safety: Maintain impeccable hygiene standards (HACCP/local food authority guidelines) for food storage, handling, and cooking temperatures.

• Mall Administration Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for food court management regarding shared cleaning spaces, utility maintenance, and center policies.
