∎ Diploma in Commerce in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Studies (Pass) in Commerce
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ - *Inventory Tracking:* Maintain accurate records of all items in stock, conduct regular inventory counts, and update the inventory database.
∎ - *Order Management:* Collaborate with suppliers to place orders, ensure timely deliveries, and monitor product quality. Adjust order quantities based on demand fluctuations.
∎ - *Waste Reduction:* Implement strategies to minimize waste, such as identifying slow-moving items, managing expiration dates, and optimizing storage.
∎ - *Reporting:* Generate reports on inventory levels, consumption, and variances. Analyze data to identify trends and make informed recommendations.
∎ - *Cash Handling:* Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment. Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
∎ - *Customer Service:* Greet customers warmly, process orders efficiently, and address customer inquiries or concerns. Provide a positive and friendly experience at the cash register.
∎ - *Order Processing:* Input customer orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with kitchen staff to relay customer preferences and special requests.
∎ - *Cash Register Operation:* Familiarity with POS systems, including processing refunds, voids, and discounts. Troubleshoot any issues related to the cash register.
∎ - *End-of-Day Procedures:* Complete daily financial reports, including sales summaries and cash reconciliation. Prepare the cashier station for the next shift.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years

Salary: Tk. 14000 - 16000 (Monthly)
