Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure proper compliance with VAT Act & Rules in the manufacturing plant.
Able to handle VAT software.
Keep all the VAT registers update, issue VAT Challan and maintain other VAT records conforming to VAT law.
Check documents, prepare and submit VAT Return and keep liaison with Government regulatory bodies.
Handle VAT Audit conducted by NBR and other Government Authorities.
Coordinate VAT activities of Head Office, Factories, Supply Chain, Depots & Contract manufacturers.
Have to maintain VAT reconciliation between General ledger and VAT return.
Coordinate with distribution and supply chain.
