Responsibilities & Context:

* Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure proper recording of all financial activities in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

* Prepare, verify and process payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, journal entries and supporting financial documents accurately and on time.

* Manage cash transactions, petty cash accounts, and bank-related activities while ensuring proper documentation and authorization procedures.

* Reconcile bank statements, cash balances, supplier accounts, and customer accounts regularly to ensure financial accuracy.

* Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and other accounting schedules as required.

* Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of receivables and settlement of liabilities.

* Support budgeting, expense monitoring, cost analysis, and financial planning activities to improve operational efficiency.

* Maintain proper filing, archiving, and safeguarding of financial records, contracts, invoices, and administrative documents.

* Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities during audits and compliance-related activities.

* Assist in tax, VAT, and other statutory compliance processes by preparing necessary documents and reports.

* Manage office administration activities including procurement of office supplies, maintenance of office equipment, utility bill payments, and vendor coordination.

* Maintain employee attendance records, leave management documentation, and other administrative reports as assigned.

* Support inventory management by maintaining records of assets, spare parts, and office resources and conducting periodic verification when required.

* Prepare various business reports, presentations, and analytical summaries to support management decision-making.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal control systems while maintaining confidentiality of financial and organizational information.

* Coordinate with different departments to collect financial data, resolve administrative issues, and ensure smooth workflow across the organization.

* Respond to routine inquiries from vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding financial and administrative matters.

* Assist management in implementing process improvements, cost-control initiatives, and operational efficiency measures.

* Perform any other accounting, finance, administrative, or operational duties assigned by the management from time to time.
