Experience:
Should knowledge of lithium-ion battery technology, battery energy storage system.
Excellent communication & negociation skill.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Identify, develop, and manage key accounts, distributors, dealers, and corporate customers.
Generate new business opportunities in lithium battery markets, including electric vehicles (EVs), energy storage systems (ESS), solar energy, telecommunications, UPS, and industrial applications.
Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions with customers.
Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
Explore and develop new market segments and strategic partnerships.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
Build relationships with OEMs, distributors, government agencies, project developers, and corporate clients.
Prepare business proposals, tenders, and commercial offers.
Develop and execute marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Strengthen brand positioning and market presence.
Organize product launches, exhibitions, trade shows, and customer engagement programs.
Manage digital marketing, social media, and promotional communications.
Develop sales support materials, presentations, and product literature.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Resolve major customer issues and commercial disputes.
Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations for product improvement.
Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market developments.
Monitor industry trends related to lithium-ion battery technologies and energy storage solutions.
Provide regular market intelligence reports to management.
Work closely with technical, engineering, and operations teams to understand product capabilities and customer requirements.
Support product development initiatives by providing market feedback.
Assist customers with technical-commercial discussions and solution proposals.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and annual business plans.
Monitor sales revenue, margins, and profitability.
Ensure effective pricing strategies and cost management.
Manage receivables and support collections from customers.
Lead and develop the sales and marketing team.
Set individual and departmental KPIs.
Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates.
